The Process Is a SET UP!

FAITH TO FIT NATION,

Health Law: There are NO short cuts to long lasting and good health.

Why, because God designed the world and life to function by laws and principles. Whenever you have an idea that you want to initiate or act on, the LAW OF PROCESS immediatley kicks in. Why? Process is a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a proticular result or end. 

So essentially process is designed to SET YOU UP for success, but whenever we skip the process by looking for short cuts, we will always end up with an incomplete result. 

Examine Yourself,

Have you been trying to take short cuts to achieve your fitness goals? Magic Diet pills, surgeries, restricted diet plans, etc. 

Truth,

You are the initiator of change in your health, but PROCESS controls how much change actually happens in you. Don't give up. Go through the process, because it develops self-discipline and your character. Don't expect to get FIT overnight. It takes time.

BUT,

I promise you this..you will see change in your health if you do not quit! GUARANTEED!

Health Law: What you do not use, you will lose. 

What does this mean? Well...

Disuse Syndrome, is physical inactivity that leads to deterioration of the body's musculoskeletal system. 

Examine yourself,

Are you currently using your body the correct way? Do you know why you have a body and what it is meant to do? Whatever we do not understand, we will abuse. Obesity is the combination of improper use of the body and resources (food). This is why people are LOSING their bodies to sickness, depression, and many other issues simply because of DISUSE and ABUSE. 

Truth,

The Good news is that YOU are the decision maker for your body and have the opportunity to change the course of your health, but you must TAKE control of yourself now! TAKE CONTROL!

Where Is Your Health Headed?

Health Law: If you don't set the course for your health, someone else will.

Examine yourself: If you were to keep driving your health vehicle (your body) in the same direction you are currently headed right now, will you be satisfied with the destination when you arrive?

Truth: There are only two destinations that exist, "Healthy" or "Unhealthy." There is no in between, but the good news is that you are only one decision away from a course correction.

Has Your Weightless Progress Stopped?

FAITH TO FIT NATION,

Has your weight loss progress stopped? Are you thinking about giving up on your fitness goals?
 
To be honest, this is the thought process of millions of people all around the world, and in the moment it can feel like you are all alone and this is JUST TOO HARD to overcome.
 
But…..
 
What separates YOU from everyone else is that You are committed without the thought of quitting, because you realize that the changes YOU make today will pay off in the long run. 
 
The only way to measure true change in your life is through test, and the worst thing you could do is make a PERMANENT decision (giving up on your fitness goals), due to a TEMPORARY circumstance (weight loss progress has stopped or poor decisions that led to a day(s) of bad eating).
 
What should I do?
 
Always remember that the solution is always found in the problem. So…if you are not losing the weight as fast as you thought you would or your weightloss progress has stopped, start evaluating what you are currently doing or not doing. I promise you, your solution will reveal itself!  Reset your goals and get back on track!
